Getting On With the Routine

I don’t want to do it today and I have a long way to go until I  lose the weight and see the overall health benefits. Some say it takes a month to see the real benefits. It’s 3:30 pm here now. Maybe I’ll brisk walk in a few hours. I’ll let you know tomorrow.
