Maintaining the Body While Following Through an Exercise Regimen

It’s amazing how much a person needs to take of their health if they want to continue to exercise. I didn’t walk yesterday because of the pain but now I have other pain to deal with:

 

The third and fourth toes of my left foot have been hurting especially this week. A couple of days ago there was redness in the area. I didn’t walk yesterday anyways. I walked today. 20 minutes twice. I’ll see how it goes later. If my feet can handle it, I’ll be walking again today.  I do have a callous in the small toe – have had it forever and what can the doctors do about it, right? Yeah. Except maybe a podiatrist may know what to do…or an orthopedic specialist. Once I see a GP, I’ll talk about it and hopefully 2012 is the year I find a doctor who can help me with all my health issues – including lower back.
