May Be Good News?!

Alright, so now that I’m stretching my calf muscles a little – not yet committing to 30 minutes or 45 minutes like I did in 1997 – but I’m hoping to one day soon – I feel less pain on the knee. Still, like this morning, I woke up and felt pain in the heel…actually it’s not the heel, more like where the Achilles tendon is located:

Maybe I need to increase time spent on stretching these muscles? I’m starting at five minutes. Should I try 15 minutes? I’ll try it today even thought the muscles will be tense plus the extra fat on my body. Still…I’ll try it and get back to you. Maybe the issue is more about tight muscles – not the fat on my body.

Not talking today but will be doing the stretching exercises. Probably during the time Days of our Lives airs today.

By the way, I’ve had lower back problems since 1988. Wouldn’t it be great if all this time the real reason for the back pain was tense muscles? I would love that.
