I Will Begin the Exercise Routine 20 Minutes From Now

 

I am going to brisk walk starting in twenty minutes–got to prepare myself for going out esp. if it’s cold. I will walk one 4.1 km and it will take me 51 minutes to reach my destination. I will take no more than a 30 minute coffee break (I do love to have coffee in the morning anyways) and then I’ll do another 4.1 km.

 

It’s a total of 8.2 km walked today but the length of time it actually takes me to get there may vary from what Google Maps said. I’ll let you know.

 

I did the stretching routine – the usual stretches when I wake up.
