More About Battle of the Bulge

Hi again! Just wanted you to know that I didn’t eat anything sweet since May 13 but especially not yesterday–when I had a really bad day and had the cravings. So far so good with this plan. I’m also still stretching the muscles in the morning. I’m definitely doing them in the morning and I’m doing them when I’m at the library or at the laundry. I’m enjoying a wonderfully warm week and if the weekend is just as great (or better) I’ll be taking a trip near the lake. Wonderful place to cycle, walk/jog, stretch the legs on the huge rocks and read a book.

A hurricane in the sky?!

I took several shots of the sky in the past months. Should I create a new blog just for that?
