The Bulge in Two Weeks

Comparing two videos: May 18 and May 26, 2012

Video #1, when you come to 20 seconds, pause

Video #2, go to 00:49 and pause

There is a slight change in the bulge, not much.

Next steps: see the dietitian, still don’t eat the sweets more than once a week, no more than 2 servings from the bread products for the week (the food guide states two servings a day).

Eating the lettuce almost every day this week didn’t help get rid of the bulge.

I wonder if having tea and a teaspoon of honey is having an effect on my body?

As an IBS “sufferer”, maybe that’s a lot of milk in the tea (always get 4 milk which is maybe 1/2 a cup?). I eat out once a week (french fries).  I’ll know for sure what to do this Wednesday. Until I’m going to do what I have been doing up to now: brisk walking every other day and minimal consumption of sweets and grains.

  1. I think tea and honey are good for you though.

    • Yes and especially that my throat is still not cleared up from the cold I had two weeks before.
