Monthly Progress: May

This is, of course, a continuation of the previous post: “Monthly Progress” published on April 30, 2012.

Number of days I did brisk walking: 19. The goal was to walk every other day, making it 16 days walked from April 30 to May 31. I have started to brisk walk daily starting May 27, but will not brisk walk or do any other physical activity on Saturdays, Errands Day.
