A bad week in diet and exercise. It’s a good thing I recorded my diet from May 30 to June 10. I didn’t realize that I was eating so much “junk” this week. Writing it down is making me aware of what I’m eating and what’s going through my mind when I grab food. I’ll be seeing the nutritionist tomorrow. I’ll probably be more than 205.6 pounds. Probably 210! The belly isn’t shrinking and I don’t have regular bowel movements. Sorry, had to say the last part. It’s kind of important in health.

Signing off now. I don’t feel so great. Since I walked through “June snow” (white fluffy stuff flowing in the air, from cottonwood trees) that I have been feeling lower abdominal stress and pretty much icky afterwards. I even felt a little faint, and I was still walk for 30 minutes until I reached a Tim Horton’s. I’m not even looking at my post for spelling and grammar. Tomorrow. It’s 9:25 pm and got to do other stuff that I’ve been putting off. From 11:30 am to 6 pm I’ve been out of the home: three hours walk and the rest of the time entertainment and relaxing indoors somewhere far from home. Got to escape some times!
