Is Aerobics Working Out?

I’m liking it so far and I didn’t want to do too much and then injure my muscles (which usually happens no matter what). I would love to reach at least eight METs h/w this week as I did last week. So far I have reached 35% of the ten METs h/w goal and there are three days to make up for it with 90 minutes of exercise. Most likely I’ll cycle and then I’ll be too tired to do indoor aerobics. Who knows for sure. I’ll know how I feel tomorrow when the day comes.
