Weekly Goals: Sunday, July 1 to Saturday, July 7

It has been a busy week for me with reading, work, running errands for myself and mom and I still managed to get in 468 minutes (7.8 METs h/w) of brisk walking.

I burned 3,320 calories this week, reaching 88.8% of MyFitnessPal weekly goal for a total of 3,740 calories to burn for the week.

I’m feeling the difference now too with diet and exercise. My body moves with more energy and strength. The movements are definitely more defined than when I started out in April 2012.

Summary of Exercise Goals Achieved

  • Sun., July 1, 2012: brisk walking 140 minutes, calories burned 992
  • Tue., July 3, 2012: brisk walking 149 minutes, calories burned 905
  • Wed., July 4, 2012: brisk walking 95 minutes, calories burned 720
  • Fri., July 6, 2012: brisk walking 84 minutes, calories burned 703
