    • Thank you. I am now trying to exercise 6 days a week instead of 4. In the previous 2-3 posts I made a comparison to eating with and without exercise. Exercising every day I will lose the weight that I want in two months. Exercising 4 days a week I will lose all the weight that I need to by the first week of January 2013.
