Weekly Goals: Made it to the Finish!

It was a slow start not exercising from Saturday, July 14 to Monday, July 16, 2012, but I made up for it with two days of cycling and three days of brisk walking:

  • Tuesday, July 17, 2012: cycling 75 minutes, calories burned 637
  • Wednesday, July 18, 2012: brisk walking 127 minutes, calories burned 847
  • Thursday, July 19, 2012: cycling 84 minutes, calories burned 581
  • Friday, July 20, 2012: brisk walking 135, calories burned 926
  • Saturday, July 21, 2012: brisk walking 137, calories burned 858
  • Total METs h/w this week: 558 minutes (9.3 hours).
  • Calories to burn this week (MyFitnessPal): 4,890
  • Actual calories burned this week: 3,849, 78.7% of the goal!
