I Lost 8.4 Pounds in Three Weeks!

That’ s right!

  • Tim Horton’s Large size Café Mocha two servings a week, making six servings in three weeks
  • four days of overeating (discussed in a recent post)
  • eating Blue Menu Smoothie Bars – three servings a day, two days in a row for two weeks since the last appointment with the dietitian

And I still lost weight! Comparing the results between July 9 and July 30

The Positives

  • lost 8.4 pounds
  • fat mass down 7.4 pounds
  • total body water as a percentage of current weight, up 1.4%
  • visceral fat rating down 7

This is me at 193.6 pounds.

Me at 185.2 pounds. 5.2 pounds to go to leave the danger zone!

The weight scales don’t lie. It appears that the bulge is wider on July 30 than on July 9 – but the visceral fat level went down a notch. It has to be just bloating because of IBS.
