Run Errands, Burn More Calories and Exceed Daily Exercise Goals

Burned calories mopping the floors earlier today and now I’ve burned 1,012 calories in 2 hours 16 minutes brisk walking to run an errand. An hour from now (it’s 5:10 pm EST) I will be running another errand: food shopping and from it I will burned about another 120 calories in 12 minutes.
