Progress Towards Blasting Calories and Fat

Brisk walking is still the best exercise to burn way more calories and get rid of waste products from the body and therefore trimming down that stubborn bell.

I’ll be seeing the dietitian next week Wednesday and I’m sure that the total body water hasn’t improved, but I hope it hasn’t gotten worse. Maybe it has though. I’m not being negative, but it’s true. For a few weeks now I didn’t feel like drinking water, and water helps a person be regular even though they’re suffering from IBS.

Gosh, I hope visceral fat is still not at 7. If it’s at least 6, I’ll be happy. And I’m also thinking that I would like to change what I eat in the mornings. As much as I love to eat yogurt, I’m going to use Centrum. For sure it has way more Calcium–the reason I eat yogurt. Now, I’ll just add more fruit in the morning. Thus, I’ll have more fibre and carbs in my diet.

November 12, 2012 is the deadline I have given to get to my pre-fat weight: 150 pounds. I’m feeling a little bit of pressure especially in reducing the visceral fat. Well, that’s the reason I need to not eat yogurt and in place of it Centrum and fruits in the morning.

Good luck! I think I can do it, just have to say “no” to those moments when I want to binge eat. I so don’t want to gain weight anymore.

Hope to talk to you soon. Have a wonderful day.
