Oh Yeah, That Feels So Good!

And just what I needed: 99 minutes of brisk walking today. Looks like I have walked 4 minutes faster than the last time – i.e. what used to take me 1.5 hours then1 hour 20 minutes, then 1 hours 15 minutes.

Now I remember the reason why brisk walking is excellent and the thing for me: stress relief. I still don’t feel guilty for my lack of motivation these past 1-2 weeks. I just figure I had to do what I had to do then, no pressure, no thoughts about getting back in the swing of things, but today I really wanted to.

I’m glad I did.

Sometimes I’ll just have to take it easy and sometimes (but it seems to be, so far, most times) I’m really out there blasting calories and doing something about those flabby abs!

Tomorrow, for sure, I’ll be blasting more calories through brisk walking.

I hope one day that I am so used to brisk walking that even if I’m going through the worst possible time in my life, I’ll still brisk walk because I have developed the [positive] habit.
