Weekly Goals: Sunday, September 9 to Saturday, September 15

The plan was to do 2 sessions of 90-minute brisk walking on the 15th, but it being Saturday, I’m always too busy to do as much physical exercise as I plan to. Oh well.

So I didn’t reach 100% of the weekly target in METs. I’m not feeling guilty about it. I had a good week and having company come over to help me with a few things and keep mom company was very nice.
