22 pounds to shed by D-Day.

After entering the foods I ate throughout the day and calories burned through brisk walking, MyFitnessPal calculated that in 5 weeks (from yesterday) I will weigh 159.6  pounds.

No way I can lose 9.6 pounds in 2 weeks after this time frame! But the key, MyFitnessPal illustrates, is exercising every day.

Not done today – figured I should give myself a day to rest because of the cold I’ve had now for two days. I did brisk walking yesterday, but need to rest today.

    Wow, you are looking so great! U are doing the right thing by listening to your body and taking a rest day. You’ll recover quicker and be able to do better workouts sooner. I love the slides, u can really see the changes. Keep it up, my friend!

    • Thank you very much. Means a lot coming from you, esp. when you have given feedback that indeed I am losing fat when I couldn’t see it myself.
