Monthly Progress for September 2012

Just a little more than the previous month. Still pretty good considering there are a lot of calories in 1 pound.


Goals for October:

  • lose 10 to 12 pounds. I was 172 pounds weighed-in on September 17.
  • brisk walking 5 days a week, 10 METs h/w
