Reaching Goals For This Week

It’s a challenge mainly because with the weather not being the best for outdoor brisk walking, the only option I have is using the treadmill.

I was on the treadmill yesterday, burned 292 calories in 55 minutes. Today I burned 315 calories with 39 minutes fat burning option on the treadmill.

To reach 100% on both kcal and METs h/w, I would need to spend 90 minutes on the treadmill each day and burn 700 calories each day as well. If I’m at the weight room in the mornings I might be able to do 1 hour and then later in the evening 30 minutes. It could work.

Reading while I’m on the treadmill motivates me to keep at it until the workout is over.
