While working the treadmill, I was writing and reading. It’s the most productive moment, I think, when I do more than one thing at a time and complete it. Of course, that gives me more time for other things, such as sleep, doing the stretch exercises recommended by the physiotherapist.
I hope the following week’s weather will have mild days like this week did. I still enjoy brisk walking outdoors. I still miss walking along the waterfront, walking towards the harborfront. Six months from now I will. The time will go by quickly.
I hope it’s not too early to say so, but I’m now able to fit into a size 10 dress pants! About mid-November I was 159 pounds. I hope this means I’m very close to 150 pounds! I’m fitting into Size 10 now!
