A Quick and Easy Way to Reach Weekly Goals

Here are the exercise stats for this week:

Adding calories burned while running errands today…there really was something to count! Amazing! Burning 214 calories in 30 minutes.

I could have a fun day (didn’t have one yet this week) and that brings me to burning another 1,000 calories for a 2.5 hour walk like I used to do during the weekends. Maybe I’ll do it again.

Did another brisk walking segment for 104 minutes, burning 678 calories.

Sometimes to have energy and motivation to do other things that I do on Saturdays, I need to get the energy from brisk walking. It’s so easy to burn the calories! I hope you find that to be true for yourselves as well.
